Our Mission and Vision
The Mathoir Community Resources Center is an inclusive and supportive community organization, which strives to provide equal access to health, education and culture services that have a positive impact on the Tonkolili region’s social and economic development.
Through the creation and management of resources and physical community spaces, and working in partnership with local authorities and community organizations, Mathoir Community Resources will provide opportunities for the people of the Tonkolili Region to access health, education, and cultural services at the Mathoir Community Resources Center.

Girl Power Program
The Mathoir Community Resources (MCR) Girl Power Program will work to empower girls in the Tonkolili Region who have never been to school or dropped out to encourage girls in obtaining education and securing employment post-education. The project has a duration of six months, with the first four months of the curriculum focused on reading and numeracy training, one month of life skills classes, one month of business and entrepreneurship classes.
